My wife was home at the time that the tech came. Our refrigerator was not working correctly. He found that the inside vents were blocked and the air was not circulating correctly. He could have easily ripped us off and required us to have a part replaced or fixed. She also had him look at our washing machine and other appliances. Again he recommended what needed to be done and did not pressure her into a repair. I highly recommend this company the technician is very very honest! They were worth the $95 service fee for him to come over today!Item Link

Very professional and knowledgeable. He came out on a Saturday and was right on time. He owns his own business, so he's he earns his income based on good reputation and not on sales.
